Standard option (£35/£30) will include two paperbacks and a hardback.

A deluxe option (£45/£40) will include two paperbacks and a hardback, one of which will be a signed edition, as well as extra books and/or other special bonuses.

Orders will dispatch 2-3 weeks after payment is received.

UK shipping is £5 (2nd class signed for, 3-5 business days). International shipping is £25 (international tracked and signed for). If your shipping ends up costing less than £25, you will be refunded the difference.
